Wilma’s Cakes LLC is a specialty bakery that focuses on gluten and nut free baked goods. We make a wide variety of items that are always gluten and nut free. We also can accommodate restrictions such as: dairy free, egg free, soy free, and vegan. We operate out of a licensed and inspected kitchen just outside of Arcadia, we do not have product on hand to purchase, everything must be ordered at least 1 week in advance. We have been up and running since June of 2018 and we have LOVED every minute of this journey.
My grandma was the kind of person you wanted to be in the same room with. When you were having a bad day you wanted a hug and a vent session with her. When you had the best day ever, she was the first person you wanted to tell. My grandma was the best person you could ever meet. The emotions are endless as I try to write this. When we would be asked in school who our role model was I would always reply my grandma. Who did I want to be when I grew up? My grandma. I hope that I have become even the smallest amount like her.
There are many reasons I created Wilma’s Cakes LLC but only one reason I picked the name, she deserved it. After my grandma passed away in 2013 so many things changed. Everyday I found myself questioning if she would be proud of the choices I was making; if she would be happy with how it was all turning out. Without her everything was so much different. I was beyond blessed to have had her in my life for 17 years, but I wish with everything in me that she could be here today to see what I’ve done.

About The Owner
Hi! I’m Sabrina Sendelbach and I am the founder and owner of Wilma’s Cakes LLC.
When I graduated I left my little ol’ hometown and moved out west to the beautiful state of Colorado, where I lived for 3 years. Here, I attended Pastry School, worked for an amazing family owned Gluten Free bakery, but I realized that while I was having the time of my life, I didn’t have the people I loved there to share it with me. I packed up my things and made the trip back to the breathtaking Midwest.
A Step Back to the Start
I started my Freshman year of High School just as scared as everyone else, except I seemed to be sick a lot more often. I had been going to doctors for almost 2 years now and nothing was seeming to change. Until finally in 2012 after 8 doctors and 3 years, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Celiac Disease is an Auto-Immune Disease that makes it impossible to digest gluten. Now years down the road it is crazy to look back on how sick I really was but I am blessed to be where I am today.
I passionately believe that everyone deserves cake on their birthday and this is one of the main reasons I founded this bakery.
When I’m not baking I LOVE to travel, hike, snowboard, and spend time with my friends & family. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, singing, and reading any James Patterson book.

- Where are you located?
Wilma’s Cakes LLC is located at W65 Sauermill Road in Arcadia Wisconsin. Drive all the way down Sauermill Road until you see the bright red building, you’ll see our sign outside. Walk through the front door and ring the doorbell on the second door.
- Do you ship any of your products?
We are in the process of shipping our 4” cookies!
- Does it cost more for other dietary restrictions?
Yes, we charge roughly a 20% price increase to alter our recipes to meet your needs.
- When do I need to place my order?
We require 1 weeks notice at the minimum.
- Which products can be made Dairy-Free?
We can alter all our cake flavors, donuts, our muffins, and our breads are naturally dairy free. All of our frosting are dairy free except our Caramel and Cheese. There is a 20% price increase.
Shipping
Orders usually ship Monday or Tuesday. Depending what day your order is placed will determine when your order will be shipped out. Please be patient with our small team. We can only control what happens here in our shop. After your package leaves our shop, everything is out of our control. Delivery time is 3-5 business days but delays may occur.
If your package were to arrived damaged Wilma’s Cakes LLC does not take responsibility. By placing your order you are stating that you understand the risks of sending food items through the mail system. Please reach out if this may occur, we will try our best to make it right.
Wilma’s Cakes LLC is 100% gluten and nut free. Our cakes are processed on shared equipment and may contain dairy, eggs, soy, corn, or other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of potential allergy issues. Wilma’s Cakes LLC is not responsible for adverse reactions to our products.
We do not accept returns. Full refunds will not be given.
